Who Am I?
I’m Giorgia, a Sicilian creative living in Malta from 2016, and my journey is a blend of two worlds: structure and intuition, digital and handmade, logic and expression.
I began my career in the digital space, working in customer service, marketing, and eventually as an SEO Specialist and UX/UI designer. In that environment, I learned how to think strategically—how to build, optimize, and give structure to ideas so they can reach and impact people. It was a path that trained my mind, but over time, it left little room for my inner world.
In 2021, after experiencing burnout, everything shifted. That moment forced me to pause and question what I truly wanted from my life. I realized I wasn’t just looking for productivity or performance—I was searching for meaning, for authenticity, and for a deeper connection with myself.
That’s when I turned to art.
What started as exploration quickly became transformation. I immersed myself in painting, stained glass, macramé, and jewelry making—drawn especially to materials that interact with light and nature. Through creating, I found a new language: one that didn’t rely on rules or algorithms, but on intuition, emotion, and presence.
Today, I bring these two parts of myself together. My background in digital design allows me to shape ideas with clarity and intention, while my artistic practice gives them soul and depth.
I see art as more than something decorative—it’s a powerful tool for self-discovery and connection. Through my work, I aim to inspire others to reconnect with their creativity, slow down, and express themselves in a more authentic and meaningful way.
Nature, light, and the human experience are at the core of everything I create. Each piece is an exploration—a reflection of the invisible made visible through color, form, and material.
