PoliFinder: Your Guide to Government Representation

An Innovative and user-friendly digital platform that helps enable consumers to find who represents them in both state and federal government at a hand of a click, making the access of citizens to politics a direct one. 

Design process from the creation of paper wireframes to high fidelity prototypes

My role within this project was UX Researcher/UX Designer/Visual Designer. I have conducted moderated and unmoderated usability studies, took care of creating visual storytelling and also identified main users pain points after creating user personas and user journey maps. PoliFinder it's a way of involving people staying informed and engaged in political matters. By combining thoughtful design and innovative research, I've crafted a user-friendly platform which allows users to directly engage with political matters. The aim is to enhance civic engagement, allowing citizens to effortlessly discover and connect with their federal and state representatives.
