The Art of Digitalization: Designing an Intuitive (E)Museum Experience

An Innovative and artistic digital platform helps promoting exhibitions and events while enhancing the overall user experience. It facilitiates the connection between Museums and Patrons, both on a responsive website and on a mobile App, and It offers patrons an opportunity to engage with art, access museum information, and efficiently plan their visits at hand of a click.

The design process from the creation of paper wireframes to high fidelity prototypes.

My role within this project was UX Researcher/UX Designer/Visual Designer. I have conducted moderated and unmoderated usability studies, took care of creating visual storytelling and also identified main users pain points after creating user personas and user journey maps. The outcome of this project is an App able to satisfy user needs and improve overall customer digital experience when visiting Museums, increasing user interactivity and satisfaction with this innovative museum app.
