PoliFinder is an innovative and intuitive digital platform that allows citizens to easily identify their representatives at the state and federal levels, making access to political information more direct, simple, and informed.

As a UX Researcher, UX Designer, and Visual Designer, I conducted both moderated and unmoderated usability studies, developed the visual storytelling component, and analyzed users’ key needs and pain points through the creation of user personas and user journey maps.

By combining research, design, and visual communication, I contributed to creating a digital experience designed to support informed decision-making and civic engagement. The goal of the project is to make it easier for citizens to learn about, understand, and connect with their political representatives.
